📋 Setup Instructions

  1. Create a Meta Business App at developers.facebook.com/apps
  2. Add WhatsApp Product (Cloud API)
  3. Get Phone Number ID from WhatsApp → Getting Started
  4. Get Business Account ID (WABA ID) from WhatsApp → Getting Started
  5. Generate Permanent Access Token with permissions: whatsapp_business_messaging, whatsapp_business_management
  6. Configure webhook URL: https://api.inmedoc.com/api/whatsapp/saas/webhook
  7. Enter all credentials below
